Hello! I’m an official of E-mote.

Thanks for your question.

Are you trying to load PSD data using the “テンプレートを開く” (Open template) menu item?
First load an E-mote template (.mmo) and then import a PSD file using the “psdをインポートする” (Import PSD) menu item.
See the image for an explanation.

Are you using Emofuri, or the full version of E-mote?

If you are using Emofuri, the correct template is “E-mote3.5入門用テンプレート_free.mmo”.

If you use that template and still get an error, the mmo data could be corrupt.

Please uninstall and then re-install the latest version.
