[psdインポート]の文字は何色でしょうか？
もし灰色ならば、入門用テンプレート.mmoを、[ファイル]-[プロジェクトを開く]から読み込んで、それから[psdインポート]を押してみてください。

テンプレートファイルを読み込んでからでないと、psdはインポートできません。
