From my understanding of the licensing, if you sell a game with graphics you made in emofuri and make a certain amount of money, you need to pay for a license. I’m a little unclear on if you need to buy a license to do small time commission work, however.
Providing that the images at no point go into a game, are we allowed to sell artwork done in the program to individuals for personal use and enjoyment? In the same way that I might sell a painting that someone commissioned me to make for them.
Are we allowed to put images made in emofuri in games that are distributed for free and make no profit from?
Also, will you translate the terms of use into English someday so it’s easier for English users to understand?
