I currently cannot use the program because my computer cannot process Japanese. It is all just question marks and I can’t translate it.

An english translation would be amazing, I keep getting an error but its all question marks and I can’t figure out how to start it, My computer automatically translates the guide which it sends me to every time which makes me assume theres a file I need to place in before I can start properly, but it doesn’t say where or how to set it up so it can be used! (I also checked the console which reinforces my theory with saying there are files missing) I really would love an english version, I have lots of things I want to do with it and I’ve seen how it works for the most part, I just can’t get it to RUN

    Essie,

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble using E-mote.

Currently, our E-mote and Emofuri software are only available in Japanese language. Because of this, there may be some issues installing and using Emofuri on an English language version of Windows.

Uninstalling Emofuri, changing the system locale to Japanese, and then re-installing Emofuri may help solve the issue.

(Please reference Microsoft’s website or instruction manuals for changing the locale on your version of Windows.)

However, we currently don’t support English language versions of Windows, so there is no guarantee this will solve the issue, and we may not be able to provide any further support for this issue at this time.

Thank you for contacting us, and thank you for your interest in our software.
